This 12 day immersion program offers you a chance to develop or improve your Spanish language skills while also giving you the opportunity to take part in daily yoga classes. RETREAT SCHEDULE:
From 6:00 to 8:00 a.m., and from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Yoga Instruction: Yoga classes will be led by Glenda Garcia, Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Classes are designed to gently and comfortably introduce beginners to yoga, while still providing more experienced students with a challenge. There is an emphasis on proper body alignment and body awareness. Classes combine principles of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, Iyengar yoga and restorative yoga to create a balanced practice. Glenda prides herself on making yoga accessible to everyone and most of all, on making it a fun and enjoyable experience!

Spanish Classes: Spanish language classes will be taught by qualified Spanish instructors that will travel with you to Costa Rica. Santos and Lucia have been teaching Spanish through the Salvadorian Spanish School in Regina, Saskatchewan since 1994. They are passionate about the Spanish language and Central American culture. They have traveled many times to Costa Rica and are ready to share their knowledge of Costa Rica and the Spanish language with you!
